As a Vice President of Mortgage Lending, Matthew Roder places the utmost importance on customer satisfaction. He understands that home financing is the biggest investment that many of his customers will ever make and he is dedicated to making certain that his clients feel comfortable throughout the entire loan process. Matthew Roder specializes in Conventional, FHA, VA and Jumbo financing. In 2015 and 2016, Matthew Roder was recognized by Mortgage Executive Magazine as a ‘Top 1% Mortgage Lender in America’. Matthew Roder grew up in the suburbs of Chicago, where his grandfather was a carpenter and his father was a home-builder.
He received his Bachelors of Architecture at the University of Illinois at Chicago and spent the early part of his career designing homes. Given Matthew Roder’s wide range of expertise in the residential housing market, he is able to assist his clients on many levels. Matthew Roder still resides in the suburbs of Chicago with his wife and four children. During his free time Matthew Roder enjoys spending time with his family, biking riding, martial arts training, or skiing (when the weather permits!).
